A peer support network connecting women newly diagnosed or at a high risk of developing breast cancer with other women who share similar diagnoses.
The good news is that the survivorship for breast cancer is way up. The bad news is that breast cancer is a scary diagnosis and there are some women who do not survive. So having an organization like Sharsheret and supporting them is a Mitzvah !
I would like to end this article with everything that we are thankful for. Good health, our families, having food on our tables having a wonderful synagogue like PBJC and being part of the PBJCNS community . Happy Thanksgiving to all!
